The camera instructions should advise as to which ports need to be forwarded in order to access it, in which case you just need a guide on how to forward said ports in the router. If you could advise which model of TP-Link it is I can get a more definite link, but it should be similar to
http://www.noip.com/support/knowledgebase/tp-link-router-port-forwarding/The only other thing you need to know is the IP of the camera, which I believe should be assigned as soon as you plug it in - that's the one the ports need forwarding to.
