Re: Regular broadband, iPhone connection issue ?

OK so it looks like I am an idiot. I did some trouble shooting tonight and I noticed I could have 2 of the 3 IOS devices online at any given time. So if I turned off the wifi on a phone, then my ipad would join with the other phone. If I turned on the phone and the other phone off then the ipad could join. So it looked like a conflict of some description. However I also noticed that if I turn off my Netgear 2700ex wifi extender - everything works. So it looks like the wifi extended is conflicting with something wireless to cause problems. I apologise Plusnet.

Any ideas what this might be? can you assign static IP's with this router?

thanks

Re: Regular broadband, iPhone connection issue ?

Hi @bpascua, thanks for the update.

We're glad that you managed to get to the bottom of this issue.

For reference, we are able to assign static IP addresses for a one off fee of £5.

As we can't take payments via our social media outlets we'd recommend calling our Customer Support Centre on 0800 432 0200 between 07:30 and 22:00 7 days a week.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance in the meantime.

Re: Regular broadband, iPhone connection issue ?

@OskarPapa I think, from reading all the topic, @bpascua was asking about assigning static IP's locally in his router, not the ones you supply.Wink
