Question #182472492
Despite several calls and several weeks I have still not been sent the cheque for the refund of £49.99 which the last adviser assured me would be sent within a week.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear you've not received your refund yet.
I can see the ticket is with the right people(Our billing team) to send you the refund, we'll need to send you a cheque, but when they pick it up you should receive the cheque within 21 days.
