Reference ADSL2+ is live

Jameseh mentioned the trial being over and anyone wanting ADSL2+ to go to premium or pro. I am on unlimited and missed the trial as I was faffing about with the I-Plate to get a useable connection speed.  As I have now stabilised at around 0.7Mbps is it possible to go ADSL2+ and possibly see an increase in download speed, bearing in mind my long line (4.6Km)?
Any advice would be gratefully recieved!
