Red/orange router lights

Please can someone contact me!
I’ve been without broadband for 2 days now after my router lights all starting to flash red! Ive been with plusnet since February! I’ve tried calling customer service and only to sit on hold for 35 minutes (before having to give up due to commitments) the online chat feature isn’t working on the website!
I have logged into the router hub and followed all directions on there! To no avail, I have plugged into my master dsl connection, not working!
It’s like my broadband has been switched off! (Bills have all been paid so it’s not that)
I am an online English teacher and have lost £100 in earnings so far!
PLEASE HELP!
I have also messaged Facebook plusnet

@Rambo,

I appreciate how frustrating this is for you.

One thing, do you have a landline phone you can test whether that works fine and if it does with no interference?

Your router was struggling to authenticate, I didn't do anything I think you fixed it. I'm assuming you did a factory reset by sticking a pin in reset button?

I did that last night but it still wasn’t working this morning.
I did re enter the username and password though through the hub last night too. But I haven’t done much since

That's what fixed it, unsure why it didn't fix it immediately though sorry
