Red lights on router

Hi,

Both my broadband light and router light are red. I have tried all of the fixes and tested all of the party’s but nothing has worked. Can I check if there’s a fault on the line? I’m not sure what my landline number is

Use links below; first thing to do is to check you have a dialling tone on phone.
If that's no good report phone line fault first.

I've tested your line and there's an external fault which is causing your lack of broadband connection.

I've raised this for you here on a fault ticket which contains all of the relevant details.
