Moved house 30 days ago was meant to get internet turned on today after a lot of carrys on and now it's not even worked and the internet light is red!!!!

Good Afternoon,
your router is using an incorrect password to connect to us at present, this can occur if the password for your account is changed whilst your router is disconnected from service.
to correct this you can factory reset your router if it is the one we supplied and this will rerun auto setup, alternatively call our tech support team on 0800 432 0200 and we can guide you to manually update this information
