Red light now no light

Internet has been down and had a red light on the internet part of my router. I recently changed my password on my online account and thought this must have affected the internet so I logged into my router and caged my password on the configure settings section, I now have no light and no internet. I thought I best stop messing around and seek advice. Please help!

It looks like you've entered the password incorrectly into the router. I see you've just called in and from the notes we've explained how to change it.
