Red light internet on router.

Can someone please help me. Have moved from sky to plusnet already regretting it. Wow cannot get through on phone or online to chat to someone to help. I have been connected today text message received to say phone line is up and working etc. All lights are green except internet one on hub. Have tried connection via password and username still not working

@Haylz88  Welcome to the forum.

It can take up until midnight for the broadband to activate. See what it's doing tomorrow morning.

As @Baldrick1 has mentioned, it may take up to midnight on your activation date for your broadband to complete and for this be ready to use. That being said, your order has completed since you made this post and it appears that your broadband is now fully up and running. Please let us know if you're still experiencing any problems with getting online.
