For nearly 48hours ive not been able to use my internet a constant red light is on and ive reset and configired everything but still no joy i was on the phone nearly an hour and half trying to get this fixed yesturday morning with the tech department and low and behold still no joy ive had no end of problems with this company and ive just about had enough!! Constant phone calls and constant fixing. Im certainly not getting the package and service im paying for and ur ad on the tv says fantastic customer service .... ID LIKE TO KNOW WHERE !!! Im still not able to use my internet the internet light is on constant still and it certainly is still not fixed
