Its been six weeks since my first call to plus-net to purchase internet, an engineer has arrived and done his bit and last week and i was promised i would have my internet activated on the 12th of October.
Today it is the 13th of October and i am still no closer to receiving any internet... The red internet light on my router has remained unchanged. I understand there may be more to it than meets the eye but im just wondering when/will it be fixed?? I'd love a response via facebook/email/chat request right about now as im not waiting for over an hour and a half to take a phonecall on hold!
