Red internet light new customer

I was due to go live with plus net yesterday however, all the lights are green apart from the internet one which is red. I have tried to reset it, i have logged onto my router in a browser and nothing works. I really need internet to be working for my college course and never issues with previous suppliers!

Hi @Babygirl1985, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection issues following the completion of your orders.

 

I understand you've already been sent some steps to manually update your router config as it appears to be a problem authenticating.

Can you run through our troubleshooting guides here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/
It may also be worth connecting to the test socket to try and rule out issues caused by internal wiring. More information on this can be found here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242

Ok great as tried everything suggested and I really need internet will struggle without it.. already regretting changing my supplier.. it was easy with them! X
