New to Plusnet but have a problem. Ive successfully connected my main laptop and my pad and phone via wireless with the password on the card and all is ok. Now, when I try to do the same with the otherhalfs laptop.. yup you guessed it. I know theres nothing wrong with the computer cos it connects to other networks at friends houses. Heres the set up from the screen.. hopefully in the order to make sence. BTW on Vista..
Network and Sharing Centre shows PC then green line to router Plusnet ... then a red cross to the Internet.
Access Local only
Connection Wireless Network Connection (plusnet..etc)
Signal Strength Excellent
Network Disc on
File sh on
Public off
Printer sh on
Password on
Media off
Now, in the Manage wireless networks Ive got 3
Plusnetwireless..etc.. Security WPA2-personal Type Any supported Automatically connect
SSID WPA-Personal ditto ditto
My Computer WEP ditto ditto
Ive also shut down ALL security in case that was blocking it.
Connects ok with cable.. any help would be most grateful
