Red Internet light

Broadband isn’t working today. I have a red internet light on router. I’ve followed the basic checks, swapped microfilters, etc. I also can’t log onto the router with username: admin and SN password. Don’t know what else I can do?

What about the phone line? Is it OK, the line quiet, dial 17070 option 2?

Fix

The troubleshooter at faults.plus.net will raise a fault with Plusnet, as necessary, based on the test results.

I called the support team and needed to log onto the router (I did manage to log on this time!) and re-enter my password. So it was an authentication issue. They’re also sending me a new router, as the one I have is very old
