Hello, I currently have the technicolor tg582n that Plusnet provided me. I have been having lots of problems with it. When playing games like Arma 3 and GTA online (through a wired connection), the router seems to become overloaded and it will fully drop the connection. I then have to wait for it to reconnect, not the best when I'm in an organized game of Arma 3. I have improved things somewhat by disabling the firewall on the router, but this isn't ideal obviously. Couple this with the poor wifi range, it's time to replace it.
I was looking for something under £100, that won't constantly drop connection when it comes under heavy load. Improved wifi signal would be a bonus, but not necessary. I just need a solid, reliable router for gaming.
Any suggestions please?
