Recommend SNMP Traffic Monitor or something similar?

Hello, long time lurker, first time poster....
I have a Billion 7800N router which supports SNMP, and at home connects to a wide range of devices, phones, NAS (running Transmission), PC, tablet, TV, etc. You get the idea!
After having a read around the subject I think I need an SNMP monitor, I was hoping to find software that I could leave running on my PC (W7 and connected directly to the router) which would collate/analyse traffic to and from each device, specifically how much data/bandwidth each is using. Anything else would be a bonus.
I've tried various programs, but they all seem pretty complex and way beyond what I need, eg. PRTG (which looks awesome but I had no idea how to set up and I got lost pretty quickly), and various others which I couldn't install (needed PERL, etc.). Networx looked pretty good, but can't track iphones, TVs, etc.
Is there anything out there that is useful for someone like me, simple and with pretty graphs?
Just asking in case I'm reinventing the wheel and someone has already done this.
Thanks in advance
