Can you reply to the ticket logged on your account Here with when you'd be free for an engineer visit? If you can post back once you've responded, we'll make sure the engineer's booked in as soon as we can for further investigation.

Forgot the ticket was there - ignore my reference to the phone check, @polystring and just reply to the ticket, as advised by @Gandalf .
