In the last week I've noticed that my web browsing has slowed significantly in the evenings using Force9/Plusnet. It's not my DSL speed because I just checked this morning, and it's actually a lower kb/s than it was last night, but web page loads are fine. It's not a specific website because it is affecting many : Facebook, Hotmail, video hosting sites, news sites,etc... This isn't the first evening this has happened.
It's quite frustrating. What is going wrong?
