Hi,
am on the exchange WHITBY (account : 'ajsoft'), and recently have had to reboot several times a day (several times the last hour also). I had an email some time ago about the exchange going to be 'upgraded' to 21CN. My router is NetGear DG834Gv3. Never needed to reboot like this before
Connection currently is at
connection speed 1344kbps 448kbps
line attenuation 29db 6.5db
noise 15db 22db
This used to be giving between 4 and 8Mb! and nothing in the house has changed in terms of telephone.

I think with those stats you should raise a low speed fault using the troubleshooter http://faults.plus.net. That will require you to try a different microfilter (they can become faulty) and router and also connect to the test socket to eliminate internal wiring issues.
If you don't have a spare router, just say so and complete the report. Plusnet will most likely offer to lend you a test router if checks suggest it is necessary.
