Hi, sorry I'm not quite sure what to do, but the Internet has been very slow at about 1 Mb when I tested it using the speed test on broadband.co.uk (repeatedly over the last few days, and it probably has been ~1Mb for a while) and we're not quite sure why. On the Plusnet account it says estimated download and upload range and minimum guaranteed speed are not available, and current line speed (download) is 3.5Mbps. When I logged in to the Thomson router at the IP address, under wireless access point, it says the actual speed is 65 Mbps, and under broadband connection, DSL connection, the bandwidth (up/down) is 763/1536 kbps.
Not sure what is going on or where the problem is, if anyone could help give some pointers?
