Really high ping tonight

Well , for the 1st time since I joined plusnet my connection seems to be a bit dodgy.
I am getting ping results on speedtest.net ranging between 100 and 220.
The most I have ever had in the 5 months or so I have been with plusnet has been 45
Its normally about 20ms.
Also my speeds have dropped a bit , never had a result below 6.3meg til tonight , just had a few that were in the 3s

Anyone else having trouble this eve?
Could any kind peeps from plusnet have a look at my line tomorrow if you get a chance. I reset the router to see if that would help but it didnt.

Every night this week so far, Web browsings shit, Still waiting for someone at plusnet to get back to me In my thread, Keep It up and I may just leave ( again for good though )

Ping back down to 24ms on speedtest.net now.
Speed still a bit lower that normal. Max 5.8meg instead of 6.5 but thats ok.

Just ran a line check. Interleaving off and BT profile now  7150 so I've nudged ours a bit as it was still on 6500.

Thanks looking into it and doing that Jo.
Speedtests are still showing around 5.9meg so its still a bit down on the speeds I have had , but thats fine for me.
Would I need to reset the router again since you upped my profile your end for it to take effect?

Hi Kelly , so far tonight all seems good , speedtest is showing pings of 24ms on my normal server and pinging bbc.co.uk I am getting around 20ms.

Well everything is looking great again this morning. 
Ping 23ms
Speed 6.6meg

Must have just been a little glitch.

Glad it looks good again now Paul. That lift in the profile will have improved the speed a bit.
