Yes, just booked a time and received a confirmation an engineer is arriving on Wednesday. will update here what happens after that.

 

Btw on the ticket itself it said "Enhanced Copper line test has failed,  do not SNR reset this line" and "CIDT FAULT - HIGH RESISTANCE IMBALANCE DETECTED" what does this mean exactly?

hello, just a quick update

 

The engineer came and said our line is good after testing it and did not detect any faults. Though he did disconnect the extensions, updated the socket and made some changes to wiring outside the house as a precaution in case those where affecting anything. Fingers crossed this "maintenance" will sort out the resistance i was getting on the line.
