Unusable here. I'm on a FTTC connection although you would think it was a modem ...

Rebooted router and modem several times etc.

Service Status page quotes there is Traffic management maintenance.  Work should be completed at 8am.

Same issue for me this morning. Very slow BB. Router not reporting any issues. Connected to ptn-ag03.

think broadband tells me 0.1 download speed ,, but BT tester says 14.6 ??????

From a Service Status posting yesterday:-

When's this work happening?
From tonight at 10.00pm until 8.00am tomorrow, 2nd February.
What does it affect?
Broadband traffic prioritisation.
How long will it take?
About ten hours.
What does the work involve?
We're carrying out some preliminary work in preparation for upgrades to
our Traffic Management Platform .
Am I likely to notice the work?
Yes, you'll not be able to access our website between 1.00am-3.30am and
holding pages will be in place. Our support staff will also have limited
access to customers' account details during this time.
Any data you download/upoad during the maintenance window may not be
attributed to your monthly usage figures. If you're unfortunate enough
to be establishing a new connection to the Internet when we reload the
traffic management switches then you might be assigned our default
traffic management profile. When this happens it tends to result in
slower speeds compared to what you may be used to.
Is there anything else I need to know?
If you suspect you have been assigned a default traffic management
profile then this can easily be rectified by disconnecting and
reconnecting once the maintenance is complete.

It might be worth disconnection & reconnecting after 8:00 this morning.
I am seeing normal speeds via the BT tester, but can't access much at all on the internet generally at the moment.
I have just reconnected to router, that didn't help - yet

I am getting really poor speeds (1Mb). Hopefully it will get better at 8AM.

I think most people are getting dire speeds this morning, must be the traffic management work taking place, mine suddenly dropped from 37mb to 0.5mb around 6.30 this morning. Hopefully all will be fine when the works complete.

This work has now been postponed and will not be taking place.
