I've just had to disconnect from pcl-ag04 because it was a complete standstill on most sites.
Now 'Which Gateway' can't identify which one I'm on, but tracert says it's thn-ag03. However, tracert also shows 'Request timed out' on every jump after that.

At the moment the difference is like switching from dial up to broadband.  So yes, at the moment its great for general surfing

Your still leaps and bounds over other ISP's for being open on network issues.  
Ask the same thing on Be* and its like blood out of a stone dispite the high % of IT/network  bods as customers.

sounds good guys.  I've just left the office as the engineers seemed to have got the platform running better now.  Hopefully plain sailing from here.  The service status will remain open for a bit though just in case.
