Re: Really Bad Tonight

ffox: Cheesy
Brabus:  yeah, either will do, but it is better really to use the menu and properly disconnect.  This prevents the exchange equipment thinking the reset was a sign of instability.

Re: Really Bad Tonight

I've just had to disconnect from pcl-ag04 because it was a complete standstill on most sites.
Now 'Which Gateway' can't identify which one I'm on, but tracert says it's thn-ag03. However, tracert also shows 'Request timed out' on every jump after that.

thejudge:  You should be seeing better speeds now?  Looking ok? edit:  Ok, don't reboot for a bit.  It may settle down from there!
Force9Original:  Not strictly no.  We are working on the the Arbor e30s though.

Re: Really Bad Tonight

Thanks  Kelly.
Your still leaps and bounds over other ISP's for being open on network issues.  Cool
Ask the same thing on Be* and its like blood out of a stone dispite the high % of IT/network  bods as customers.
Cheers f9o

Re: Really Bad Tonight

sounds good guys.  I've just left the office as the engineers seemed to have got the platform running better now.  Hopefully plain sailing from here.  The service status will remain open for a bit though just in case.
