Re-up of PN Profile, please

I must have had a poor sync last week as my BT profile dropped to 2500. Never saw when it happened and have been syncing at 4540 since then anyway.
BT profile has now increased to 3500 but the PN profile is stuck at 2500.
Would someone kindly give it a little jolt, please  Wink

Has something gone awry?
Although I am getting a ping of 29ms (speedtest.net) I am getting very poor DL speeds of around 0.5Mbps.
iPlayer is nigh on impossible to watch. Real downloads are happening in the region of 10Kbps  Cry

Looks like the profiling on your account's gone a bit squiffy, keep an eye on it and it should improve shortly...

Just to update...
iPlayer Dl now at 391Kb/s which is good and other sites are around 30Kb/s which is expected on Unlimited at this time of evening- yes?

Your traffic management subscription wasn't being correctly applied. I don't think it's a wide-spread issue but it should be sorted now.
