Is it possible to re-open a ticket? The ticket was closed due to inactivity whilst I tried to get hold of a spare filter.
The ticket is 136490813 - the issue still remains.

Thank you for contacting us, I have checked account and can see that you have raised a new ticket with one of our teams.
For future reference general tickets once closed cannot be re-opened, if the ticket is raised as a complaint this can then be re-opened by raising it as a complaint again. I hope this helps and that your issue is resolved quickly.
