Re- issue in traceroute

Hello

Tried to post support ticket with absolutely zero results, tried to chat online, chat won't load claims we have ad blocker, we don't !! Not going to waste time phoning so we have been investigating ourselves and notice a traceroute issue to xenaknits.com, siteground hosting can also see the issue. Can you investigate this and resolve it please.

Not going to waste time phoning so we have been investigating ourselves and notice a traceroute issue to xenaknits.com, siteground hosting can also see the issue. Can you investigate this and resolve it please.

To my eye that traceroute looks fine, but our tests are showing a Rectified Loop (Basically a short circuit) somewhere, so I've reported this through to Openreach now and we'll update you when we know more via this ticket.
