My connection has been terrible for the past few weeks
DNS timeouts, page timeouts, keep rebooting the router on the hope that it gets better, usually by 3am the internet is working better
a good day i get 30mbps down and 8mbps up with a latency of 24ms
Whats going on?
Yesterdays connection
My Broadband Ping
Todays connection

Hi there and sorry to hear about these issues.
I've run some diagnostics and can't see any obvious causes.
Where as the 30mb isn't massively far away from the original estimate I can't see that causing timeouts.
I'd advise raising a fault at http://faults.plus.net as that will give you some checks to complete and run some automated tests with a view to reporting this with us formally.
