Trying to watch Question Time on the BBC iPlayer. But it is buffering badly. My connection is supposed to be 13/14Mb but have just ran a broadband speed check and it is only about 3Mb. On Consett Blackhill exchange. My connection in Pelton at just 3.9Mb was more stable than here.
