Line down this morning is this ADSL2+??

Hi JoJo,
I'm starting a new thread since my postings in the original thread
"How accurate is the status info shown on BT 2110 Router re Line mode?" don't appear to be picked up (see my last three postings in that thread).
MY BB line is now down completely i.e no DSL or Internet indicators I have reset the router this morning but no change.
I wont be back in till after lunch today but would appreciate a update from you or should I report this as a fault?  Cry
Ian

If you're line is down, I'd always recommend raising a fault first, someone on hand 24 hours to get things going at the call centre.

Hi dvvrue95,
As dvorak says we'd advise you to raise a fault. Please either update ticket 54696636 or give our support guys a call on 0800 432 0200.
Let us know if you have any difficulties beyond that.
