FTTC slow download, fast upload

Hi.
Have just had fibre installed and looks like I am having the same isuse as here. Have sent an email but as the plusnet mods seem very good at monitoring the forums, thought it worth to post here as well and request my ip profile be checked and updated to give the 78Mb I was estimated at.

Mods can't help as we are just customers
Sending an email won't do any good as the emails aren't monitored
I hope you meant that you raised a ticket.
The staff will be back on Monday but in the meantime if you carry out the BT speedtest and then further diagnostics what does it say is the IP profile

I'm also new to Plusnet and my estimated line speed is 72Mb, but the speed test right now shows: Down 4935 kbps (617kB/s) Up 16655 kbps (2.08MB/s)
Browsing in particular is very slow.

My current line speed is 78Mb. The BT test shows Download Speed 65.72 Mbps, Upload Speed 15.1 Mbps which sounds good but doesn't really make sense because loading basic webpages sometimes takes forever. It's actually taking longer than with my previous ISP which wasn't even fibre.

BT speed checker showing 36Mb
but up to 77Mb should be achieveable.
Plusenet side seems to be set at 37Mb so does this need increaseing by the plusnet team?

Bumping up for one of the plusnet crew.
Bt speed checker rates line at77Mb but plusnet profile at 37Mb.
Needs a bit of a nudge at the plusnet end I think to update the profile.

Hi Alto
I've changed that for you now. If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect the connection and your speeds should increase.
