Re: Connection Dropping - session graph?

My connection has been dropping overnight recently (first noticed last Thursday night, I think) and my speed, which was 6.5 Mbps until recently, is now 1 Mbps (and far less overnight). Is this BT trying to push me onto a more expensive service, like they did with my girlfriend?).

Re: Connection Dropping - session graph?

Your speed has dropped due to the large amount of disconnections on your line. If you pick up the phone is there any noise?
Have you tried any troubleshooting? http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/bbfaults/

Re: Connection Dropping - session graph?

Hi there @edwarne2001,
If you have no noise then you need to raise a dropping connection fault. This can be done here:

Thank you.

Re: Connection Dropping - session graph?

Thanks for the reply. I shall start by trying different cables and splitters in my premises before going further.
