In the last hour or so I keep getting random timeouts on my connection and it's kind of annoying not knowing why. I noticed that I kept getting dc'd from TERA Online and thought it was just the game acting up, but it just kept doing it and doing it. So I set off a ping to www.bbc.co.uk and lo and behold it was showing dropped packets. Again this has literally just started in the last hour or so, and rebooting my router hasnt fixed the issue. Any ideas what it would be, it's pretty windy outside and my phonline is being blown about a bit so maybe its that, I dunno?

when you are testing the dropping in connection/packet loss, are you testing wired or wireless?
Because it could be the connection dropping via wireless.
Also can you paste your router stats, many factors can cause dropping in connection/packet loss which can be identified by looking at the router stats.

Hi there,
I've noticed that your connection during the times you stated shows as service unavailable, which indicates that there was some issue possibly at your exchange.
It looks like your connection is now back, is that the case for you?
Chris
