Random disconnections

Is there an issue in the South Wales area? My internet began disconnecting on Tuesday morning, it happened several times during a 3 - 4 hour time period. Eventually it resolved itself, but yesterday it started again then stopped as before. It's started disconnecting again today. I've tried restarting the hub but it hasn't made a difference.

Thanks for getting in touch - I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing drops in connection.

 

I've tested your line and can see that a potential fault may be causing those drops.

 

Could you please plug your router into the test socket of your premises as shown here. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please raise a fault here and we'll ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.
