Random Download Speeds

Hi,

I'm experiencing random download speeds recently which is now starting to affect my working from home routine.  Recent speed tests have ranged from 0.5Mpbs to 13Mpbs (upload speeds are averaging at 1Mpbs).

The random drop in connection speed is affecting the quality of service during online Microsoft Teams meetings with dropouts & sound quality issues affecting communications during these meetings.

Any thoughts on how this can be rectified?

I'm sorry to hear that your speed has been up and down. Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
