Raise a ticket and be ignored - thanks Plusnet!

Raised a ticket (ref: 111350635) with a question about my recent usage, to which I was hoping for a relatively speedy response (average waiting time was 15 hrs when I raised it), but more than 3 days later I'm still waiting for a reply and it's causing quite a bit of inconvenience.
Will someone please pull their damn finger out and have the courtesy to provide me with an answer?!

You dont say what the problem is but my thought is it should be in the accounts and billing forum?
If it is not account specific you may also find some information in that forum - Search "usage"
