RING Video door bell goes offline overnight

I have recently upgraded my broadband with plusnet and now my RING Video door bell goes offline overnight a couple of times a week. Can anyone help with this problem?

The first thing to determine is whether this is a network or wireless problem. Do you know if the lights on your hub are changing when the camera goes off line?
Does it go off line at any other time? Does other devices keep working when it's off line?

I don't know about the hub as I'm asleep in bed. However I have a lodger who comes home late and goes out early and some of his movements are now not recorded at the front door. I recently upgraded my broadband and the problems have started since then. It doesn't appear to go offline at any other times.

If you log into the hub what's the network uptime?

Upgraded from what to what? What got changed?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
