RESOLVED - my mistake- 325 MB paid for usage yesterday but my PC wasn't on! -

I just checked my usage and discovered to my amazement that I'd used 325 MB in paid for usage yesterday which is news to me as I was asleep most of the day and did not turn the PC on and neither did either of my parents.
I did do quite a bit of downloading in the free usage period the previous night, did I use too much and have you decided to charge me for it?
Did someone feed Gizmo after dark again and he and his mates have been running amok in the billing system?
Can someone take a look as I contest this figure.

The 300MB is in your free usage, not your paid for.
If you like, I can change this?

If you use a P2P application then your IP will still be stored by any that have shared from you until they disconnect.  It is worse if you are actually seeding,  you can easily have 200mb+ background from any and all that use the same application trying to see if your still online 24hrs later.
