Hi, I have a problem when try to access my private internal server when I try to access from my internal network my own server via public ip, it keeps timing RANDOMLY out. I have opened a ticket but Iam stil waiting for a response so thought I would give this a go. Thanks

Just had a completely useless answer from customer support. "Unfortunately we do not support private internal servers." I know you dont and I dont want you to support my server I want you to support my connection.
