Quick question regarding recent update order - To PN staff

Hi,
I have just placed an order for an upgrade to the fibre unlimited package. (Ticket number #86295165)  I forgot to ask at the time whether I will retain my static IP?
I could really do with retaining this as I remote into my network a lot.  If this is not automatically setup do I need to contact PN after the install to arrange this?
Cheers in advance,
Damian

You should keep it, sometimes changing product can have the affect of features dropping off.
Although for me that was Max Premium that would drop off every time I changed product, I always kept my IP block.
