Quick check on my 0.5Mb upload speed please

Per my earlier post I only just got my new NTE master socket installed today but I see other posts here which give me hope for a quick improvement to my upload speed (i.e. am I capped?)

Re: Quick check on my 0.5Mb upload speed please

I've already placed an order for the upload speeds to be uncapped for you, that should take effect as of the earlier hours tomorrow morning.
It looks as though your broadband order was placed manually and your upload speeds weren't set to uncapped due to Human Error. I've passed on the relevant feedback on that.

Re: Quick check on my 0.5Mb upload speed please

Thank you Chris.
I cannot understand why this was not looked at when I registered my speed issues by phone a week or so ago.
I'm looking forward to better performance over the next few days...
