On adsl2, assuming i have disconnected my router and left it so for more than 10 minutes, then re connect, how long after re connecting before the sync speed is acted upon for the dlm to use for plusnets profile ?
Reason i ask is that if i am snr tweaking the router, how long do you have for a given sync speed to be used by the dlm for plusnets eventual profile ?
Paul.

Hi Paul,
Once your sync rate has changed and your IP profile has updated it can take around 12 hours for it to update on our system.

Hi Chris,
I probably did not explain clearly enough.
I know the Bt profile is set straight away at 88.2% of sync, what i am asking is how long after initial/or change of sync is the bt profile used to make the radius report to you ?
For instance, if i were leave the router off over night and then switch on, and initially get sync, if within 5 mins i were to re sync by say snrm tweak, are 2 reports generated here, or the first sync ignored as sync needs to be established for a longer timed period before it is used ?

If the sync drops the DLM will record that data, which we can pull for you.
It's pretty quick if it's a sync drop, give or take a minute.
