Question closed for a second time incorrectly

Second engineer in two days has not turned up.  I was advised this was because my question had been closed incorrectly, in three days. Now waiting for my third appointment.  Can not believe the appalling service.  All I was told was there is a glitch in the system - suggest they sort the system out before they lose all their customers as they can not expect us to sit around waiting on the off chance an engineer turns ups.

Hi Topcy,

I am sorry to hear about this and the issues there has been with getting an engineer to you. I can see from checking your account that the new appointment is booked for the 11/07/2016 between 8am-1pm. Sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused.

My speed is now running very slow down to 1.86mbs - I don't want to ring and get it reset as that will probably cause my question to be closed which will then mean the engineer will not turn up.  So will how have a weekend of slow internet.
