thanks for the response here, but still no response on the ticket itself....been with PN for a while now....could it be I need to move elsewhere to get these issues sorted?Huh

Sorry to hear of the delay taken in our faults team contacting you.
I can however see that they were in contact yesterday, and hopefully they will be able to get you fault resolved shortly
