Question #86288339

Hi,
I suffered a loss of connectivity yesterday afternoon which I reported by phone. David was most helpful, did some fault finding & raised the above question with your faults team.
Overnight I suffered a further short interruption at about 01.00 which has resulted in a major speed drop. I've added a note to the question but I don't know how to add the graphs which I include below. Would you, dear, helpful PN staff member please do it on my behalf?  Roll_eyes

Just post the following to the ticket - you can't post the actual images.

Re: Question #86288339

Thanks jelv, I've done that. I've just read Chris's excellent article about DLM. Am I correct in assuming that I've had a DLM adjustment because of yesterday's problems?

That's highly likely.
