Sorry but unfortunately we can't book an engineer without an open fault ticket where we've requested that. The fault ticket you referenced closed over 2 months ago as we didn't have a reply.
If you run through https://faults.plus.net and in the further comments box, put the ticket ID of the previous fault we can see what we done previously and report this fault through.

Let me know when you've completed it and we'll see if it gets back to the engineer required stage.

Look forward to the engineer visit, wired connection cannot get above 31mbps, when i first got fibre the BT checker was showing 51.8mb download, and i used to be able to get in the mid 40's range on the speed tests
Bt checker shows currently 45mb download
My upstream profile is 20mb but has never gone about 6 or 7mb
Distance to cab is approx 290 metres

I had open reach come out yesterday, they checked the master socket with their handheld testing machine, said the max the line would ever support is 39mb down and approx 6.9mb up.
We explained we used to get 45mb + download speeds but he said 39mb was the max.
Bit disappointed as we are only approx 290 meters from the fibre cab and we used to get more speed.
From the plusnet member centre
Estimated line speed:
32Mb (Download speed could vary depending on line conditions. Estimates are the maximum speeds that your phone line can support. These speeds are dependent on the package you choose.) - Checked on 2013-12-18 11:09:01
Current line speed:
35.8 Mb
