So my speed went down from 6ish to < 1Mb last thursday, so i put in a ticket with the usual accompanying info.

Since then, not a squeak from PN.

Have you checked my line yet?

I've stayed with PN since 2004 for their reliability and support.

Any ideas of who I should move to?
