I raised question #132188972 about very slow broadband speeds. The response was that it's been escalated to the correct team for review. That was 48 hours ago and nothing heard since, and the line is no better.
Can someone please confirm that this issue is in progress. Thanks!

Line speed is now 7.9 download and 0.9 upload, which is about par (in fact slightly better download to what I've had in the past). So the tweak to the line seems to have worked.
I'll keep an eye on it and will moan again if the problem reoccurs but in the meantime - thanks guys.
