Re: Question #119491232

Seems that replying to open questions doesn't work
Seems like sending a tweet doesn't work
Seems that Chat doesn't work
Seems like 30+ minutes waiting on the phone MIGHT work
Seems like trying on the Community doesn't work
Seems that NOTHING about my service or attempts to get it fixed work !!

Re: Question #119491232

Can anyone suggest a supplier of a LARGE ball of string ?
I feel I might as well connect this to my router and walk up to the exchange and connect it myself.
Due some rain so it should stay damp !!!

Re: Question #119491232

Twitter reply was "I've made our Faults team aware however we aim to respond to all faults within 72 hours ^MW" so doesn't actually say that anyone is actively LOOKING at the problem ?

Re: Question #119491232

So, is anyone ACTUALLY looking at this at the moment or do I have to suffer the whole weekend with this poor service ?

Re: Question #119491232

My colleague from Twitter has asked someone from our faults team to look at this. I would ask that you please stop posting the same things on the ticket as all that's going to do is mean the person dealing with it has to read through more before investigating.

Re: Question #119491232

I HAVEN'T posted the same thing on the ticket. This seems to happen when I refresh the page in a vain hope to see if any reply has been made.
Maybe something that needs looking at YOUR end ?
Sorry for being short but this is starting ti get RATHER frustrating now.
