Query regarding fibre speed

Was wondering how long before my fibre speed goes up to the contracted speed.
Estimated speed is mean to be 72MB but I’m currently only getting 26MB
I moved from a place where I had full fibre to now regular fibre yesterday so not sure if something else needs to be done on my account.
Many Thanks,

What speed were you quoted when you joined?
Remember the speed is "up to 72" - what you actually get depends on the line.

Hey @jadownet 👋
Typically Fibre (SOGEA) takes a few days to reach its expected speeds. However, I have ran a test on your line and a fault was detected that is affecting performance. I have reported this to Openreach, and they have confirmed that the issue is external. This means they can resolve it without needing access to your property, and it should be fixed within two working days. Once we have received an update from Openreach we will be in touch.
